Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Cashgaroo website, app, and related services (the “Service”) provided by SHANIA TAN ENTERPRISE(“we”, “our”, “us”).

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your location, to use paid features. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Paid features may be offered as one-time purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees and taxes.

If you subscribe, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.

If you subscribe through Apple App Store, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and for each renewal, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

If you subscribe through another platform, equivalent platform billing terms may apply.

If a trial is offered, trial terms shown at signup apply. Unless otherwise stated, paid billing begins automatically after trial.

You may cancel renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at shanyi1023@gmail.com.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Past charges are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not interfere with service security, reliability, or normal operation.
• Do not upload malicious code or abuse the Service.

Cashgaroo is for budgeting and financial organization only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

The Service, including software, design, content, trademarks, and branding, is owned by or licensed to SHANIA TAN ENTERPRISE.

The app and Service are licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

• You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code.
• You must not modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the app or Service.
• You must not copy, redistribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the app or Service to any third party.

We may collect and process usage and device-related data (for example, feature usage and technical performance data) for analytics, diagnostics, security, and service improvement. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content, including payment processing and billing by Apple or other platform providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to those third parties' terms and policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHANIA TAN ENTERPRISE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

This license remains effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Service and delete all copies of the app in your possession or control.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country or region subject to embargoes or sanctions that prohibit use of the Service, and that you are not listed on any government prohibited or restricted parties list. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.

• This agreement is between you and SHANIA TAN ENTERPRISE only, not with Apple.
• The license granted is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by applicable App Store usage rules.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app.
• SHANIA TAN ENTERPRISE, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes intellectual property rights, SHANIA TAN ENTERPRISE, not Apple, will be solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
