Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Cashgaroo website, app, and related services (the “Service”) provided by SHANIA TAN ENTERPRISE(“we”, “our”, “us”).

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your location, to use paid features. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Paid features may be offered as one-time purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees and taxes.

If you subscribe, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.

If a trial is offered, trial terms shown at signup apply. Unless otherwise stated, paid billing begins automatically after trial.

You may cancel renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at shanyi1023@gmail.com.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Past charges are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not interfere with service security, reliability, or normal operation.
• Do not upload malicious code or abuse the Service.

Cashgaroo is for budgeting and financial organization only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

The Service, including software, design, content, trademarks, and branding, is owned by or licensed to SHANIA TAN ENTERPRISE. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHANIA TAN ENTERPRISE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
